"Attention to detail" The service was on point this time. Jordan did a great job greeting me and listening to my needs. I was very impressed that the work was completed before the designated time. Chelsea the receptionist was very polite and professional as she explained the checkout list. Overall, this has been my best experience since George retired and has renewed my faith in Herb Gordon.

"This is my 4th car from Herb Gordon. That should say it all!" This was my fourth vehicle from Herb Gordon. Although the General Manager and Sales person are no longer with the company I was hesitant to return. "Outstanding Service" The service personnel are friendly always asking 'How can I help you?' "Lynn is the game changer in service" We had great service via Lynn until the last time we brought the car for service Lynn was out and we had such a bad experience that considered going somewhere else for service.
