"Some of the team member are not as friendly in service ctr." Sure nice to have more CKing/Lynn-Hard working,great customer service everytime on all three of our Nissan.They are very knowledgeable what they do
"Unexpected Visit" Employees were professional, questions were answered efficiently and everything was handled in a satisfactory manner. This was an unexpected visit that could've caused much anxiety but because of the thoughtfulness and efficiency of the service department, specifically Marcus, all worked out well.
"Routine progressive maintenance" Work was carefully explained. Staff understood their roles and executed the work without any flaw that I could find. The progress of the work was prompt and the workplace seemed orderly and well supplied.
"Excellent!!" Akeem was very helpfull and honest. He went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Trust in the sales rep is a must and he definitely was that. Thanks again Akeem!
"Vehicle Maintenance " My vehicle needed an oil change but there was also a recall. Jarred and his team took time to review the needs of the auto and inform me of additional services. There was no high pressure, just reassurance of what was necessary for my safety and durability of the car (brakes, lights, a/c)
"Service was great and my service rep was the best. ........" It was a smooth, easy process, and dealing with Chase as my service rep makes it the best experience. The cost was a little more than expected but at least I know my car is in good condition now.
"Excellent Service" My Sales rep. Jim Porter was excellent, offered excellent advised and I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. Jim sales service was very understanding, he explained in detailed about my purchase and all bonus associated with this purchase.
