"Surprise" The most wonderful woman working in customer service was right on the money. She reviewed and evaluated letters I had received in the mail and receipts from an out of town servicing in a matter of minutes. I had a question about the seats in the car and she accompanied me to the mechanic so that I could hear the answer to my question. And the surprise was that with my point on point program which I didn’t know about, my bill was 18 dollars!

"Great service" Very knowledgeable!!! It is nice to be picked up at the subway. I did not have a car but was not desperate to buy. Could have missed a great deal waiting til it was more convenient to get there. Financing was straight to the point and mark was very helpful and pleasant.

"Excellent" It was a great experience. I left my car to get oil changed, etc and I believe it was Marcos, who called and said my car was ready. It was read at the exact time he said it would be ready. I have always had my car serviced there and have always been pleased.

"Ben Peter is an awsome saleperson" My father and I worked with Ben on the purchase of my Nissan Rouge, he is an excellent salesperson. Renda in finance is very helpful explaining the options available during the closing process. I will be back to buy my next Nissan from Ben, looking forward to a long car buying relationship with him. My father told Ben he has never had to argue with a salesperson to be treated honestly and fairly by a sales dealership.
