I had a horrible experience at the Nissan Pohanka in Salisbury where I live. I contacted Herb Gordon by email to give my self a second chance (because I really wanted to purchase a Nissan Rogue...) I have to say, GLAD I DID! I drove 3 hours, but it was so worth my time. Sales person was GREAT and others were very nice, friendly and so willing to make your experience a one of a kind. My husband and I would go back to this dealer again for sure.
No one tried to sell me stuff I wasn't interested in. They just answered my questions (with real answers, not marketing hoo-hah) and helped me arrange financing. These people are great. I don't think you can get better service from any dealership around. I have bought or leased 4 cars from them over the past 10 years and we will keep going back.
