As a first-time car buyer, I had a lot of questions and took a while to make a decision. Muna and the whole team at Herb Gordon were extremely patient and helpful, and I feel like I got a great deal.
I had a wonderful experience. I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived and Jim helped me through every step. I also knew how much I could afford and Justin tried very hard to help me get in that car.
took me right away and diagnosed the problem immediately and got to work right away and answered all my questions. the work was excellent and the prices charged was reasonable.
Extremely personable. Very timely responses by email and phone while discussing sale. Not the usual painful purchase experience. Helpful, courteous. Revised trade upward to meet CarMax offer. Business manager (Justin Kim) made for a pleasant experience as well. Everything explained in detail and no pressure to purchase add-ons - something that I have experienced with virtually every other new car purchase which made the purchase a bad experience. Today was great!
I have only positive praise for the employees at this location. They have gone out of their way to make sure my experience in buying a new car and having my former car repaired without stress or frustation to me. I will continue to be a customer for this dealership.
I bought my '05 Off Road Xterra from Herb Gordon Nissan as a build to order 6-speed manual. I used to drive over from Alexandria for regular maintenance. I have been driving from Southern Maryland for the last 4 years, bypassing several other Nissan dealers, because I think the service is that good. Was in contact with Bruce Kim, Internet Sales Manager, about potentially buying an Altima Hybrid. He was extremely helpful, went over and beyond the call of duty in answering all of my many questions completely and honestly. Although I ended up getting a Toyota instead, I had a great experience with Bruce and definitely recommend him!
We have been taking our murano to HG for service since 2007. We had different service advisors and we were not very happy about them. We always like how George treats and interact with his customers. Finally Me and my wife requested him to be our service advisor.
