I had a fantastic experience with Herb Gordon and Bruce! I had just been dealing with Hamilton Nissan in Hagerstown last week, trying to purchase a 2011 Altima Hybrid. They had rushed me, lied to me, manipulated me and just basically tried to screw me. When they first started acting shady I called Bruce and explained the situation. I was pleased with the overall purchase since my previous Altima was purchased here. However, I was blindsided by the rebates that affected the internet price displayed. I could only the get $1000 rebate I used Nissan's financing.
