Jacob and others were proactive and helpful. Jacob was upfront about the price and in fact, Herb Gordon Nissan was the only dealership I contacted that was willing to simply email me the price of the car based on the trim and options I selected. I had no issues during completion of the paperwork. Jacob even came in on his day off to finalize the deal, which was quick and straightforward. I have no qualms concerning the service I received.
I've been taking my car to Herb Gordon Nissan for service since I purchased it there five years ago. I'd highly recommend taking one's car here and I'd also recommend George Margelos, the tan team manager, who I work with each time. George is friendly and very helpful! I've never had a problem with taking my car here.

The sales person(Bruce Kim) was excellent.I have no words to reward him.The purchase was easy and very clear without any complications.I liked the approach of Bruce and drove 50 miles to get the vehicle not considering the nearest dealers.That would answer how prompt was the sales person about what I need.I would promote Bruce 10 times to his position.I would recommend my friends 100%.

Muna Chongo, the salesperson, was professional, very knowledgeable and informative, friendly, patient and down to earth. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to take my time. The salesman I worked with was nice, friendly and catered, quite reasonably to me needs and desires. The whole process was smooth and lacked the typical pressure I have gotten from dealerships in the past. I am hoping that this good review i'm giving them comes back with a free set of all-weather floor mats for my new Maxima.
