My Wife purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra from this dealer and we both could not get over the overall professionalism we recieved from not only the salesman, but the entire staff that we dealt with. We were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hrs. It was the best car buying experience we both have ever had.

This is WHY I have given the above review.My Daughter purchased a used car and all paperwork was signed. She has taken possession of the vehicle and now they call and say that she needs an additional cosigner. She has signed the contract and now the say they want to repossess the car when she did nothing to violate the signed contract. A contract is a contract that the terms of must be honored unless one side violates which she did not. Take the car Herb Gordon Nissan and we will see you in court. I have been driving Nissan Altima's for many of years. First one purchased in 1985 Love Love Love the car. First and second one's purchased from Herb Gordon's Auto World. I have never meet an employee there that has not become family buy the time the sale was complete. I've recently purchase a used (like new) car from this dealer after finding the car on auto trader. I drove approximately 4 hours from Virginia Beach, Virginia to see the car. I purchased the car after a test drive and have been completely satisfied. I spoke with Larry (a sale manager) about a minor request. Jacob Burns was honest and forthright in his dealings with us. While other salespeople just wanted us to come in to their dealership, Jacob kept in contact by email and phone, located the car we were interested in and gave us legitimate pricing information. Came to Herb Gordens today just to look at the rouge, my family fell in love with this car. Me on the other hand had just paid off my car and was not looking for anything. Will we sat down and talked with Jacob very nice young man, but what he was talking was not ringing any bells for me.
