I went to the Audi Dealsership next door, and initially picked out a Audi, I was shopping for a used car, Brian Keys and Mark Sonn helped me to much, very patient, very helpful in picking the right car that fitted my needs, I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima, which I absolutely love!!!!

When I bought my Altima in the fall of 2009, Marcelo treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot! His attentiveness and service couldn't have been better. George has been in charge of the service visits since then, and is equally great. He is timely, courteous, has a sense of humor (!) and I trust him. I would certainly encourage other people who are looking for a moderately priced car to check out Herb Gordon.

Matt Linton and Kevin Yi were both very professional throughout the car buying process. I felt very comfortable working with them, and they really know how to take care of their USAA customers. No one tried to push extras on me like rust coating or extended warranties. They were willing to work with me on the price, and I feel we both received a fair deal (although not as good as I'd hoped). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

We purchased a 2009 Nissan Cube from Jordan Jenkins over the phone from Roanoke, Virginia. He was great to work with through out the process. We called the dealership early one morning and he was there ready to be of service and did a great job from the beginning. We would definitely use Herb Gordon Dealership and Jordan Jenkins again.

I went to this dealership for the first time & was made very welcome. I was assigned to Jordan jenkins as my sales agent & he was very knowledgeable, curteous,energetic & made me feel like I had come to the right place to buy a car. All the people I dealt with convinced me it was worthwhile to do business with this dealership & I left very happy with a 'new' used car.

I am very pleased with the car I bought (Nissan Versa). Matt Linton and Mark Sonn were great to due business with. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. The price of the car was more than what I wanted to pay. But as long as the car last me as long as my previous car (1996 Honda Civic with 204,000 miles) I can deal with paying the price I did.
