I walked in on 05/29/2011 to purchase a 2011 Altima. Hassan has provided the service that i was looking for in a dealership. Hassan took the extra step to make sure that i was happy with car. The salesman was most excellent in every way, also the finance person. Yhe entire process seemed a bit longer than I expected but not at all uncomfortable. The financing was in the area of what I had anticipated and was pleased with it. All in all the entire experiance was very good.
I recently bought a 2011 altima coupe from Herb Gordon Nissan. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the help I recieved from my salesman Matt Linton. He was very helpful in every aspect from helping me to get finace through th college board. I had a great experience from the receptionist, to the service department, all the way up to the manager, Kevin Yi, who was also a great deal of help. Recommended to all my friends already. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
Due to a recent accident I found myself in search of a new vehicle. Since I had such a great experience with my first car purchase from Herb Gordon Nissan in 2002 I decided to start there. About two weeks ago my husband and I stopped at the dealeship where Mr. Russell States show us the car we were interested in. As a new buyer of an automobile I wasnt sure of the right car to get so i decided to go around different car dealerships.
