This by far was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! I never felt so comfortable and unpressured when purchasing a vehicle. Upon a lengthy decision and test driving and researching many cars, I decided on the Nissan Altima. I started my quest in finding just the right one. It led me to Herb Gordon Nissan. Jim provided the level of handholding and understanding that I had never experienced at a dealership before. As I had been associated with the dealership for more than six years (I had bought my previous car from them) he genuinely treated me as a valued customer, and did his best to provide the vehicle I wanted and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I really would like to say thanks to Alan Albert the salesman who worked with me doing the purchase of my wife’s vehicle. I also want to give a big thanks to Mark Sonn, the finance guy who completed the sale. I’ve purchased many vehicles throughout my life and consider myself fairly knowledgeable with the process. I wanted a Juke with manual transmission in a partcular color. Hard to find, but isn't that the dealer's job? I was in a rental car and when I learned that I would have to wait a month to get the Juke I wanted, I asked the dealer to put me in a loaner car (as Jamie, my original contact at Herb Gordon, had offered). Jamie was personable, friendly and easy to work with. I had made an appointment with him earlier, so he already had cars ready for me to testdrive. There was no sitting around and waiting. He let me go out and drive the cars, and he didn't come along for the ride (which was nice). After I testdrove the Altima and the Rogue, he showed me the new Juke they had in the showroom. Joe was SO helpful to me throughout this car buying process. Not only was he willing to work with me on pricing--he told me everything I should be asking the other dealers so I could truly get a competitive deal. The environment in the dealership was not intimidating which made my experience comfortable and exciting! I feel that I was taken care of during my purchase and will be down the road as well.

Matt, thanks for a great car-buying experience, love my Corolla! You were extremely responsive & flexible. I appreciate your straightforward approach, providing me with the right info in a timely manner, but not "pushing" or using sales cliche's which so many other dealerships do. I called late afternoon on Friday, January 14th and talked to Van about their previously own Pathfinders. He was extremely helpful over the phone. And he said that he would let Ramesh and staff know that I would be there that evening. So, I arrived about 5:45pm in direr need of a vehicle.
