This is the second time I have bought a car from Herb Gordon Nissan, and I couldn't be happier. At first, I came in to have a tire checked on my 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. Have bought 3 vehicles prior to this, and this experience was far and away the best my wife and I have ever had. We were treated great, and got a great price on the vehicle. All details of customer service were well thought out and executed. Russell, Larry, and Justin were knowledgeable and great to work with! Finacial department was also very approachable and willing to explain and questions and concerns. The patience and professionalism displayed by the entire dealership was better than could be expected and would amke be recommend and return to this dealership in the future

The people at the dealership were courteous throughout the times we were there.They had us meet some of the team members and the service manager. The finance person took it's time to explain everything to us. Mr Jordan was very helpful from start to finish.

I went in to the dealership looking for nissan juke. They had one on the lot. They gave me the price I asked for and low APR. They were very nice and helpful. If you going to buy a nissan buy from them. Russell States is an amazing salesmen. I felt at home at this dealership.

Every person at this dealer was really nice and really helped my mom and I choose the right car and the car we wanted. Everyone helped us out with the sale to go through and we met some great people, espicially Alan. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. Thanks for everything!

After checking out about six to eight Nissan dealerships in the metro Washington-Baltimore region, I settled with Herb Gordon in Silver Spring last month. I was looking for a new 2010 Nissan Altima sedan and Herb Gordon provided the best information, features and price. It is amazing with the Internet, not every dealer is willing to offer their “best offer” or accurate information for the cars on their lot. I am very happy with the experience I had at Herb Gordon Nissan. This was my first car purchase and I ended up purchasing a used 2007 Yaris. After seeing the internet price, I was pretty sure I was going to end up buying the car after test drive, but Jordan made the process very easy for me. This was my third visit to Herb Gordon Nissan and I can honestly say that while the sales persons have changed over the years the service and dedication to customer satisfaction has not. I walked in a person looking for excellent service, good prices and friendly staff; walked out a happy Nissan JUKE Owner. The service after the sale simply cannot be matched and I was very happy to end up a Nissan owner again, but ultimately pleased that I returned to Herb Gordon Nissan.
