"Multi-layered customer ripoff" For full disclosure, I haven't dealt with a used car salesperson since maybe 1995 so what appeared shocking to me could be what most would consider 'normal'. The out of state manager Ulises becomes aggravated and rude if you don’t submit a credit application within a few minutes of talking to him.
