We were extremely disappointed in the company's decision to not offer to sell us a vehicle because we were from out of state and required a transport to pick up the vehicle. They stated it is their policy to not sell vehicles to out of state customers unless they can come in personally and pick up the vehicle. "Be aware of buying a ca from this dealer " Bought my 2015 Mercedes E350 from them , after 6 months of my purchase went to do a service at a Mercedes dealer And they found out a broken passenger side cv axle , it was like that went I bought the car from them , salesman told me that they do a multi inspection to the cars . "Multi-layered customer ripoff" For full disclosure, I haven't dealt with a used car salesperson since maybe 1995 so what appeared shocking to me could be what most would consider 'normal'. If you want to save yourself from getting scammed please stay away and you’ll be able to walk away with your dignity as well. The out of state manager Ulises becomes aggravated and rude if you don’t submit a credit application within a few minutes of talking to him.
