"Poor and endangering experience " Please read this before doing business with this people. "Running around " There was a issue with my driver side mirror and I never recieved a call to schedule a appointment. I had to call and make the appointment. During my appointment I waited for 2 hours to have my vehicle looked at and the mechanic said it only took him a 30 minutes to find the problem. "Get your wadders on! " The cars we wanted to look at said they were ready and available for sale online. We get to the dealership and they can’t locate one of the vehicles. The other vehicle’s AC control wasn’t working. Not a big deal if they would fix it and they said they would. "Totally headache!" My salesman was amazing but the dealership overall was a HEADACHE! I literally came when they opened and left when they closed! one of finance business manager is totally unprofessional because of him they’ll lose a lot of customers you literally have to have patience with this place. "Headlights " Just wanted to share my experience, I bought a car on Wednesday and a headlight was out. I contacted my salesman Charles Simpson who went above and beyond his duties to get the service dept. in touch with me. So I show up on Saturday morning to replace the headlight, Leo at the service desk is great extremely helpful but his hands are tied by the mechanics , but I have been sitting here now for THREE HOURS to replace a headlight. This is ridiculous!!! I wish I just got the part I could have done myself.
