"Worst customer service " Despite wait time being so long. On 3/10/19 I purchased a car when I got home tires where bad u can see wires. Very safe !!!! So I tried getting in touch with finance I got charged with lux care 899 which car was clean carpet but the dash and seat I did not see no difference the dash u can see water dry spots. "BAD EXPERIENCE AND SPEND HALF A DAY TO BUY A CAR WITH CASH." Took too long even I paid cash. Car was not vacuum clean, empty gas tank when drove off the lot. They add $1000 dealer fee on top of the selling price was sky high. Got home over a month but they did not send me the tag or title yet. Still waiting.
"One month no title and no tag" Very bad business. I have paid cash for my car but it’s one month passed, they did not send me the tag or title. What’s wrong? Very disappointed about their after sale service. Never buy from this dealer again.
"They don’t care for the buyer after purchase" I’m ok with giving them one star for their options on cars. Reading the negative reviews on here sounded all to familiar. We got a voucher to have the front tires replaced and were asked to wait a couple days for the tires to come in. I waited a week to call and found they were impossible to get ahold of. I had to look up the Miami location, call them and be transferred. 15mins later I find out they don’t make appointments but they’ll have the tires ready the next day. Bring it ... read more
"Okay, but not great. One key?" Only recieved one key, alignment was off. List price was good, but had ~1k in dealer fees. They took the window sticker out of the car as well for some reason.
"Why I stayed" If you had not had the truck I was looking for I would have left there as fast as I could. Your sales person was not properly trained and did not listen to me but instead kept giving me the company line about how there"s no commission, and the safety checks and so on. To bad you don't teach them how to listen to the customer. When I told him that I was shopping for my company and that they would be paying in full for the truck he kept asking about financing. "Buyers beware " I went to H-Greg to buy a Volkswagen TDI. They had one listed for the low price of 9,000. After looking over the car I realized this car had been re-painted. It didn’t match the color of the other black VW of same year. They acknowledged it was repainted. This vehicle was marked as “excellent condition”. "Disappointing experience. " After purchasing the BMW I took it to the dealership for inspection and they pointed out the rotors were warped and the tires are bald and showing the belts. When I reached out to the sales rep there was no response. When I left messages for the management there was again no response. BMW said this is very unsafe. Not good business practice.
