There was supposed to be free parking, turned out barely any & they wanted us to pay $10 at the parking garage or park in some sand lot. Don't say you have "Free Parking" if you only have a few spaces & the rest is pay & or risk the safety of your vehicle.The pool was literally in the small parking lot. Won't rebook.
Staying at a hotel during Covid can be trying, but trying to get basic hotel services here was difficult. Housekeeping is by request only. Requested every day of a five day stay and only got it once. The first time when I questioned why we had only gotten towels, it was explained that “ light housekeeping “was towels and trash removal only, trash was still there. Clean the room before people check in
The room was not ready when I got there and it was really dirty. I decided not to stay but was still charged despite being told otherwise??
