Waited 2 hours and 40 minutes in the lobby waiting to access our room. Computers were down and caused a lot of tension for the staff and guests. Any explanations?
We paid $15 nightly for parking in the garage across the street when everyone else parks for free. The lobby smells like wet dog since I guess pets are allowed. We were not notified that my 4th floor was going to be painted and smelled like paint the entire stay.

The workers were so rude
The property was under major construction, which would have been nice if they advised customers of this fact. In addition they charge 15 dollars a day for parking, again this would have been nice if they let customers of this. The staff at the front desk informed us they do not accept cash, this was incorrect information we found out later, they do in fact accept cash. Other than these few issues it was a pleasant stay.

Arrived and limited parking due to overcrowding with People Partying "Drunks" The rooms "Sinks" were stopped up and would not drain! SAD!!
