I rented a King Suite with Bathtub. I looked all over for a room with a tub specifically because we dont have one and I was dying to soak. I brought my bath bombs and couldnt wait to enjoy them. When I got to the hotel, my room had a stand up shower, and when I told them, they said they were booked but when I reported it to Expedia, they said they offerred me an alternate room which they did not. Very disapointed overall. They told me not to book through a third party and this wouldnt happen. They blamed Expedia.

After our first night, we noticed our room wasn't cleaned. We called the front desk and were told we hadn't requested the room to be cleaned. We weren't told at check-in that we needed to request the room to be cleaned. It was corrected immediately after our call to the front desk

I liked that this was walking distance to everything you need in downtown Chandler. Saying that you can hear cars in the parking garage and people walking around late at night talking outside. The rooms were okay. Overpriced for the quality in my opinion. Definitely not worth $200 per night.

Drapes didn’t work, we call the front desk but they told us that they have a lot of complaints about it. No fridge in the room. The bar outside was super noisy.

Love the hotel itself but the surrounding bars with bands playing until 1 am is not my idea of a comfortable nights rest

Nothing special The room was not all that special, most of the staff was nice but some didn’t seem to know very much about the hotel. I called in advance to ask if the pool was heated, I was told yes but at the actual hotel another staff member said no. Overall, it seem way overpriced for what was given. Also had booked two queens on hotels.com and they gave us one king bed. Wouldn’t stay here again unless I absolutely had to.
