Unfortunately I was given a new room due to the door handle was broken. It seems that someone didn’t remember their room number and tried to force themself any room. Safety was their priority when given me a new room.

I had to pay rxtra for early check in because i reserve the hotel through Expedia. I am aHilton goldmember. The room was like a godown.

Having a difficult time getting the correct folios for the team and am being charged wrong amounts. Can't find anyone that seems to know anything...computer isn't working is what I'm being told but my credit card keeps getting charged different amounts.
