The rooms which we were assigned were, in my view, not in good condition so I requested to be assigned new rooms, a request which was denied. The hotel is a high rise with about 20 floors with only two elevators so at peak times, getting in an elevator can be a challenge. Lastly, the room keys kept on getting demagnetized so we had to regularly go back to the front desk and ask them To reactivate the keys, a major inconvenience.
