My friend got injured by sharp bed in this hotel room. Besides, we was told to wait for room till 4pm just because we didn’t book directly by Hilton.However,they said we can check in at 3pm in the morning.l chose Hilton all the time but this time was very disappointing.
Couldn't find reservation despite showing them email, made me call expedia claiming this happens all the time. After 2.5 hours, gave up and booked another hotel
Not great I was in NYC b/c loved one patient in MSK hospital with lung cancer and not doing well at all. I asked about discounted rate as soon as I found out and was told to call the number. Called the number and was told it was only for patients, which is not what it says on Sloans website. Nobody would help with this, first reason was because I booked though third party and second was because I was not a patient. there was a line to check-in because they only had one person working despite 10 customers. I booked a king room, they gave me a 2 queen room, but didn't even tell me ie they just let me find out when walking into the room. bathroom fan not working so showering turned room into a sauna.
Not much to like. One night waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Went out for the day about 9:30 am, came back about 3:30 pm to find that the room was never made up. I was told that they do that every other day and that if I wanted it done everyday that I should have requested that. I have never heard of such a thing. Thank goodness I was only there 2 nights.
