Room smelled moldy and felt very humid, very outdated hotel, front staff acknowledged the situation and was very helpful, but the hotel itself not the best option, this is my experience, I don’t know anyone else
We have stayed here probably 10 times over the years This was our first stay since Covid. The hotel has declined in quality since then. The floors were dirty, the elevators were shabby,the room smelled damp and musty etc I don’t even think housekeeping mopped the bathroom floor There is no longer a concierge or a doorman. While we don’t expect really exceptional service at these prices, this hotel has become less than mediocre. We will stay elsewhere on our next trip to New York City
No complimentary parking for guest The room did not get cleaned The elevator didn't work.
The ac was dirty and it kept blowing dust on the bed next to it. Room was not clean three days in a row and of course clean towels were not provided. Location is the only pro about this hotel.

They had no rooms available even though I had a reservation for tonight. The reallocated me in another hotel that is not what I expected.
Doesn’t take cash… inconvenience for me
