My overall experience was terrible. If it wasn’t for the young lady checking us in on 11/29 and the miss attending to our concerns on 11/30 this would be a 1 star. We contacted property for late arrival. When arrived at 10pm we were booked and provided keys to rooms which were already occupied.. twice. Now concerns of privacy and safety is a concern. I disliked how we got assigned to a room and it was dirty. The bed was dirt the bathroom had dirty towel and piss in the toilet. The room was just terrible.
In general, it’s pretty bad. The other hotels for $50 more have better lobbies and feel more luxurious. I will not stay here again.
Wir kamen gegen 23:00 Uhr an. Uns wurde beim Shuttleplatz von einem Shuttlefahrer eines anderen Hotels gesagt, dass nach 22:00 Uhr kein Shuttle mehr kommt. Das Telefon vor Orr funktionierte nicht, ein Uber konnten wir nicht rufen und Taxis gab es auch nicht. Der Fahrer eines anderen Hotels war so unglaublich nett und nahm uns mit. Im Hotel angekommen gab es dann eine weniger erfreuliche Nachricht, da der Rezeptionist meinte, ich müsste inklusive Deposit 451$ bezahlen. Our hotel room smelled like burgers — it really felt like the burgers were being cooked inside our room although the hallways did not smell of burgers. There were roaches in the bathroom. The halloween decoration in the hotel was cheap and made the hotel look like a children’s school. The restaurant was disorganized and looked dirty.
