had trouble with the shower
The aircon was old and noisy. The shuttle stopped at 10pm and we didnt arrive till 1qpm and didnt know. Charged 3 dollars for water. Carpet was wet under aircon . To say Hilton and the price you charged was Nor Good
So expensive & uncomfortable !
This hotel did not have our reservation. They only wasted our time pretending to look for it just to tell us that it was Expedia’s fault
Facility in poor condition. Phone in room and AC unit didn’t work properly. Staff did not seem interested in addressing the issues. This is an airport location with no retail businesses or restaurants close by. Not having a car, we were limited to using the hotel restaurant. Prices were extremely high for diner type food and bottled water in the room. Felt like we were being gouged.
