Doesn't offer 24 hr shuttle service Shuttle service doesn't start until 5am. Restaurant on site didn't accept cash. I am a Hilton Honors member but because i wasn't silver, gold or diamond status the bottled water was not complimentary, it was $3.00. Wouldn't stay here again.

The staff service is not great. They did not check me in right away. They made me to wait for four hours and then they checked me in and they did not tell me what was the reason and why they’re not checking me in and also the manager said I will come and talk to you and he never did Customer service is really bad.

I would never stay in this hotel again. First issue, the lady in the reception was so disrespectful. She even took too long to finish my check-in!! Second issue, I paid the full amount once I booked the room. Then at time of check in, i used another card for "security services" as what the receipionist said. However, I found that the hotel made 3x purchases on my credit card (the one I use for what they called security services), all 3 with different amount, and not the room amount I paid. Overall, very pricy for what it offers. Unwelcoming front desk, pieces of dirt in the hot water that has been served in the morning, noisy rooms, dirty, etc.
