The hotel was fine. Expedia had lost my reservation in their system, so there was no reservation when I arrived at hotel. This despite Expedia sending me emails with booking confirmation 3 months ago, and then earlier thus week about the trip, and today about how my check in experience was. I had to pay an extra $150 for the room since there was no reservation in the system. Bad job by Expedia.

Disappointed Pretty horrible experience. Bathrooms were closed and under construction. Ice machine was broken and walls torn open. Dried blood on bedspread. And they charge for wifi!

They couldn't find my reservation so I waited over 20 minutes until they were able to find it, hotel is far from grocery stores and their on site restaurant opens from 5pm to 11pm.

Hi, when we stayed here on March 15th we were on a layover. When we got back to the hotel from dinner we could not enter our room. The door lock mechanism was broken. We waited 2.5 hours in the lobby until 3 in the morning for them to replace our lock. We had to be at the airport at 4am… staff did not seem in any rush to get us into our room nor did they apologize or offer any compensation. I have email that specific hotel and the corporate emails with no response. $200 wasted.
