It’s a Hilton near the airport. All we needed was a the shuttle. Rooms are clean. Some hallways smell of smoke and areas of the bottom floor are filthy. Food was terrible and overpriced.
Stayed here after a late flight in/before an early flight out of jfk. Extremely noisy (air traffic, freeway and otherwise). There was no water available. Staff was dismissive and obvious they did not care to do anything more than required. Nothing about the hotel felt clean. 1 pro- close to airport and free shuttle service every half hour.
The property is old and very expensive for such quality. The lobby is small and crowded.
