Every time we have been at HAH, we have had an excellent experience. We have been able to get in when we need to, staff is friendly and professional, and I can’t say enough about Doc Zgrabik! He clearly loves animals and what he does, he is never judgy and there’s no what I call the “VCA Upsell”. Great place to bring your fur babies!
We’ve been coming to Dr. Plomin for almost two years and we love her dedication, professionalism and love for our dogs and kitty. The new hospital is top of the line and brand new. The front desk staff are amazing and very helpful. The new hospital is very clean and the patient rooms are nice and roomy. Lastly, I love their app, I can personalize it for my pets, make appointments, learn about pet topics, etc. We definitely recommend Dr. Plomin and Hinsdale Animal Hospital.

5 ⭐️!!! The entire staff is compassionate for both animals and their people. They were with us every step of the way with a diabetes diagnosis, kidney disease and frequent other condition- related illnesses. We felt loved and “heard” with our many concerns and questions over the course of our rescue journey with our sweet “Dude.” When the time came to say goodbye, he was treated with respect and dignity, as were we, and Dr. Zgrabik gently and compassionately took care of him. Absolutely one of the best pet hospitals I've ever been too. I felt home. They took such good care of my Rocky during his exam. He's a big baby and they took that to heart. Such a great place and the staff are just wonderful, sweet, honest people!!!
