It was easy to set up, relatively fast printing so far. Delivery was the worst part. I was initially asked to pick up this printer from the Laurel shop, when so got there I was told it's out for delivery after I have driven 13 miles. That was very bad of you Walmart how you generated your delivery notice. Very difficult to set up wireless feature

It never connected to my wifi. I spent a couple of hours. The Microsoft support spent a couple of hours with me (Windows system), and Brother spent an hour with me. When Brother said they couldn't get it to reboot then I knew I had a defect and returned the product. Because Brothers said they'd call me back and didn't, I switched to another manufacturer for my new printer.
I would have given the printer additional stars, if it was possible to connect it to a password protected LAN. So far USB only., and USB cable is NOT provided! Installation CD does not work on Windows 10!

Good so far, easy to set up, works well with the app. Only received it a week ago.
first one keep feeding paper as soon as a filled tray it emptied it. second one they sent to replace it keep turning itself off. total junk.
Great Printer. Just PRAY the do not use OnTrac delivery service, or non service as is ALWAYS the case. RUDE, LATE, OBNOXIOUS
The printer came WITHOUT the drum where you place the toner, which was supposed to be included. You would have to spend and extra 20 for the drum at which point the price is the same as buying a new printer instead of a refurbished. Just buy the new version of this printer since this is a much older unsupported version as well. You're better off with the Brother HL-L 2370DW. Will not connect to WiFi and now I learn that I had only two weeks to return it while I was trying to make it work. Walmart should take it back.
