    Never could get working with my laptop

    Printer was not easy to set up. The computer didn't recognize it in any usb port with any usb cord to do the driver setup. Customer support made me reinstall my os to get it to work with my usb ports, which worked with other devices. Worked as advertised for 1 month and 2 days of light printing. Less than 100 sheets per week. Said it was out of toner, removed the toner tray to replace toner. After that it smelled hot, fan would run continuously, gave me a b05 error.     You need a CD reader to set this thing up if your laptop doesn't have a CD reader. It goes into a deep sleep if you don't use it constantly and you can't take it out of sleep even after changing the settings. After looking online, it seems a lot of people are having the same issue so with that said... DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH.

    I bought this for inexpensive wireless printing, buy only works wired to my desktop, because the brother iprint and scan app does not recognize this model number HL-L2315DW. Stay clear of this printer.

    Purchased this when I discovered my HL-2300D would no longer function. After hours of wasted time attempting to attach this to my OS11 operating system I learned brother failed to provide a driver to use on apples current OS11 system.

    Terrible. Would lose connection after a few minutes and would not wake up from sleep, have to restart the printer to make it work. Very slow printing, have to wait the whole minute for each page to print.

    Bought this in February, have issues ever since, it always shows offline, will not stay connected to wireless, no help from Brother or Walmart! I purchased a 3 year protection plan, good luck getting anything resolved via the plan if you purchased one. Maybe three more would make a good boat anchor.

    Ordered online, box showed works as wireless, but not with my phone. Tried to return using app. Very complex requiring a scan at a store i am guessing. Directions confusing. I need a working printer for stay at home work. Can't return, can't replace, stuck with unopened printer.
