No tech service at all. All websites lead you to a website that lets you download a owners manual. Unable to connect to Wifi. Manufacturers defect. Because they’re 3rd party, with prime you still have to pay $5.00 to send it back. Once I dropped it off at the UPS store went to staples and bought the same product for $219.00. Thats $128.00 more expensive then Staples was. WOW! The new machine works fine but the 3rd party from Amazon is a ripoff. Buyer beware! Never do any business with them again.

Not for a MAC Brothers printers are not good with MAC running current OS levels. They simply get lost in sleep mode. Google it. there is no fix
Paper has Smudges/Streaks If it was not for the issues with black smudges and streaks on the paper then I would probably like this printer, but of course the printer can't even do what I purchased it do do. I tried working with Tech Support 2 different times. Tech Support even sent me a replacement part that I installed, but the problem persisted. bad quality of the drum unit bad quality of the drum unit, I have to clean the drum unit after few pages..... Even with a brand new toner!
Terrible printer I've had this printer for 2 years and don't use it a lot. I only have about 3400 printed pages on it and it is now in need of a new drum. The printing is light and smeared and there are lines all over the page. This should not happen with a printer this new. I guess I'm going back to HP.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. My printer is broken so often, I want to scream and throw it against a wall. I was so excited when I first purchased it. I am a teacher and I print A LOT. The quality has ALWAYS been terrible. My paper comes out looking grey and I can often not even read the words. And my husband and I have both cleaned it, gotten rid of the waste, etc. But whatever... it still printed. Now it is saying to slide the green tab. I'll never buy another Brother product again. Their website IS HORRIBLE. IMPOSSIBLE to find drivers. I have 20 printers. A mixture of Epson, Lexmark, Brother, HP.... you name it, I've tried it. For decades the Brother printers have been reasonable good products overall. So when I went looking for a quick fast, cheap monochrome printer I choose this one. But now trying to install it....
