    Do Not Buy This printer is a piece of junk...pages crease and ink splotches on most pages. They sent me another one and had the same problems with that one too....STAY AWAY

    I hate this printer Mac user or pc it really doesn’t matter. This printer is JUNK

    Very low print quality this printer leaves very fine vertical lines across the entire page. top to bottom all the way across, so the page basically looks grayish. I have only printed 216 pages total. I have cleaned the drum as per the online instructions. It did not fix the problem. I basically get draft-like quality of everything I print. It is also loud, even in "quiet mode". On the positive side, it was extremely easy to set up.     Huge amount of black spots all over the paper EVERY TIME YOU PRINT! Every time I start printing, the first like 20 pages always have HUGE amount of paper specks, a massive paper waster, unbelievably bad quality. The black spot goes away after consecutively printing 10-20 pages, but the problem immediately comes back the NEXT time you print!

    It worked for a year and a half After eighteen months the 'drum error' message began appearing intermittently. I'd do the corona wire mambo and it would work for a while. But lately the printer's reliability has declined faster than the Japanese birth rate. I've tried cleaning the 'stapler like objects'. I've cleaned the roller. I have prayed and cursed. Nothing works for long.

    Not worth the headache I will only purchase the new printers. these recertified printers you do save money, but mine was broken and dirty inside. They could have compressed the unit with air to clean it. overall seamed promising. Black sleek.

    Wouldn't stay connected This printer would not stay connected to my network. I had to reinstall it several times and it still would not stay connected. I am returning the product.

    Wait and see how long wireless connection holds up This unit replaced my hL-6100DW that failed before the first toner cartridge depleted. WLAN connection failed.

    Really poor-quality printing You will find more ink on between the lines that it prints than on the actual printing lines
