Posizione invidiabile, la pulizia base lascia a desiderare. Personale gentile soprattutto durante la colazione, peccato per la poca scelta al buffet.
I did not get the room I paid for . Peeling around mirrors . Carpet had a foul odor. Limited area to eat. Anna who worked with the breakfast team was very helpful and kind.
The hotel is in very desperate need of a refresh.
They gave me a bad service and I'm still waiting for my $150 refund that they asked me for and that they said they would do it to me at the time of check out
Definitiv aus der Zeit und im schlechten Zustand. Frühstückraum viel zu klein. Jeden Morgen war’s ein Kampf, einen Tisch zu finden. Frühstück ok aber im Papteller und Kunstoff Besteck. Nicht sehr öko! Aufzüge sehr laut und wie mussten öfters mal zu Fuss, weil sie nie kamen… Positiv Punkt: Wasserflaschen und Knaberei geschenkt. Kein Lärm von der Strasse.
Elevador is always crowded. Impossible to have a table for breakfast. Not clean
The property is outdated and the furnishings are old. Also the room I had was very small and faced another building. The view was poor. I did like that property was close enough to Times Square to walk and be in the center of things.
