Waiting for an elevator
Our room smelled of urine, there were burn marks in the bathtub and on the rug. Definitely would not stay here again.

Night Shift lady The lady that covered the Night Shift was extremly rude, did not want to help in any way and responded at us yelling, she did not fixed our problem and had no intention of making our stay peaceful

I booked two nights stay at the hotel however I only got to stay one night as the hotel was totally booked out and my room was not available. The second night I was told I had to pay for a new booking because the hotel booked a new room for me At 1:52 am on the second night, the janitor unlocked the room door to clean and he was at the wrong room.
