PÉSSIMO HOTEL - SUPER NÃO RECOMENDO!!! Minha experiência foi péssima. Saguão do hotel caótico com poucos funcionários. Café da manhã HORROROSO - mil vezes preferiria ter ido a um Starbucks de perto. Paguei mais de 1700 a diária e não recebi nem perto algo que valha todo esse dinheiro! Foram 7 noites e foi muito ruim. Quartos velhos! Somente dois elevadores e em horário de pico não descendo andar por andar e eu estava no 33.

To mention a few things: The furniture was very shabby and old. There was insufficient lighting in the room. The air conditioning unit was broken . I have taken photos. The reception staff were NOT helpful. (Except for Touria who was very kind to us).When we came in after our day I always say hello but never got a reply. If I asked where anything was , most of the time they just pointed. We had to leave for the airport at 5am on the day of our departure and the recetion staff refused to call a taxi saying that it wasn't hote... read more
Bad condition The drawers were dirty. The cupboard didn’t close. The bathroom door didn’t close. Half of my curtain was missing.
Pior hotel que já fiquei: roupa de cama ruim, piso soltando, cama velha e desconfortável e o banheiro então ….o pior já visto.
