One of the hotel keys consistently did not work the entire week. I was charged $250 as a security deposit despite paying over $1250 up front before even arriving in NYC. That $1250 included a section labeled local taxes. Still I was fine to pay a security deposit. I still paid the $250 deposit, was told by the employee it was going to be refunded. We left the hotel room spotless so if there is a reason the $250 was not refunded I would like to know ASAP.
Parking was chaotic. The front desk staff wasnt very welcoming or friendly. We had to change rooms, because the room door was broken/wouldnt open, after waiting nearly an hour for them to try and get in the original room. We also found trash in our room from the previous guests. We will not be back.
Hotel was dirty. Food was cold. The Room was also not clean and in a bad condition. Everything was reported to the manager but no Reaktion
It was nicely located not too far from Time Square. There was lots of restaurants in the area. Our toilet was not working for over 24 hours of our stay. We made numerous attempts to get someone to come and repair it and no one ever showed up. We had to use the restroom in the lobby. When my car arrived from valet it was damaged. One manager told me they would comp the parking and another said that that would not be the case. She told me I should take it to a care wash and have it buffed out. First i want to say i am a native new yorker. I tickets to a show so i decided to do a mini weekend getaway. The elevators dont work properly constantly breaking and i was on floor 17. I had no heat in my room. The thermostat did not work and when they cam to fit it it was way too hot. I should've read other people's reviews. Never again i will always go to reviews before booking
Go somewhere else and save yourself frustration 1. Terrible mattresses in 1103. Both standard mattresses are sagging with popping springs on side closest to the lights. Had to crawl over the the side to get out of the sag and get any sleep. 2. MISERABLE wifi connection. Had essentially NO functioning internet for a week, which makes it really hard to conduct business, check email or use personal devices.
