The program is easy to use, affordable and gives folks who may not be ready to buy, because of credit, divorce, under-employment, etc. a chance to get into a house they want and on the path to homeownership.

I️ don’t know what those nay sayers are talking about but my process was so expedient and simple that I️ was waiting for them to say nope you can’t get that house! I️ found my dream home in the best school district and THE BEST subdivision with almost every amenity you could think of! We are self-employed and of course couldn’t qualify for a traditional home loan because on our tax returns we take as many tax breaks as possible to bring our income down and not pay as much taxes. my clients are very happy with their homes, and everything was great for the move in, the only negative is the house is not always clean when they have moved in and for this reason I am asking the listing agent to have the sellers hire a maid service to clean the home
