RecommendedMy ‘renters/future owners’ found a gorgeous property within the accepted area and parameters but not actually listed with HP, but the process has been straight forward. This was a great program and a smooth process. We found our new home in a week and were moved in within a month. The home is perfect for us and our agent was very helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive and answered any questions I had. I have recommended them to several friends already. If you have a small barrier to home ownership via the traditional loan process, this may be a solution. 🤔
