we have a home on Sable lane in Arnold missouri that was sadly purchased by your company . it is neglected and empty. the grass is dying and the tree out front is losing its leaves thanks to the lack of water. it was previously a nice green lawn and living tree. its sad enough we have a leased property on our block let alone neglected. you should really take care of the land you buy ...its not fair to the neighbors that care about our neighborhood!!

Our unpleasant journey with Home Partners continues. Just when I thought they were being a stand up company by letting us back into the program (a program that we STILL qualify for) after my husband’s open heart surgery, now they are at it again. My husband had a job offer in another state so we asked HP to switch our search area to that state. I am a buyer. Home Partners is a great program. Yes, there were some hiccups in the actual buying process. The home has to be completely cleared out before signing. So if the previous owners agree to leave furniture, it has to be removed. The only bad experience was the actual move in. The carpets needed changing out. I didn't get to chose the color or quality, even though in the end I am paying for it. They took out $1100 out of the reserves to pay for the carpets. I feel like I've walked into a mess there were supposed to be things done prior to move in that haven't been done. My A.C. has been down since move in, it's summer time and I have small kids. Pathlight has really left a bad taste in my mouth already. It's been 4 days no communication other than me calling and staying on pathlight to get someone out to look at this. Finally tomorrow after 5 days someone is supposed to come out. I'm really not happy and will probably walk away from this place after our year is up.
