This company is a joke! I live in Florida and my Air-conditioning has been out for almost 5 days and no one seems to care it’s hot this is a health issue and I can’t get any answers as to why I have to spend money to stay in a hotel and no one will fix my AC. Apparently it being 100+ in my house is not an emergency when they have to spend money to fix something.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT sign a lease with this company. There is NO finding common ground. Even when THEY breach the agreement. They simply know they have you trapped. The lease is written to solely protect them, not you. This "program" is smoke and mirrors. Most of the issues found after move in were considered existing, and not their problem. Excuse me? While Home Partners was easy to work with and provided excellent service, their leasing arm, Pathlight is another story. Pathlight uses many 3rd party vendors and they do not all communicate with each other through their computer systems or via phone. This has resulted in several issues I had to personally resolve because of their poor system integration. While the home purchase was smooth and quick. And Home Partners itself was a pleasure to work with. The company they use to handle the property management during the lease part of the purchase is horrible. They are very unresponsive when you need something. Example: After taking a direct hit from hurricane Irma, all they were concerned with was the condition of the home and no concern with most of the area being out of work for weeks or days. Home Partners Have Blessed two of my buyers / The Buyer’s get to home shop and hand pick there own home ‼️‼️ I’m shocked at these reviews 📌📌home partners helped both of my Clients to become home owners both of them had thoral Inspections / 1 purchased a Brand New Home And one purchased a newly Renovated home with a pool in the back.... they also required the sellers to do repairs and they did the rest .... I stumbled upon HPA when looking on Century 21's (C21) website for a rent home. C21 referred me to HPA. I paid the $75 for the application fee and me and my husband were approved. We've already secured our real estate agent and have looked at a few houses. The problem for us came in when we started reviewing houses on their website and looked at their Estimated right to purchase (RTP) for years 1 to 3. We were looking at a house listed at $319k.
