AMAZING! saved my life! I am a new home owner and I have been learning as i go. At a time I really needed them, they showed up! They were fast at responding. Super helpful by making sure I wasn't spending money that I didn't need to. They explained everything to me plus more. Phoebe, I have purchased home warranties on about 5 houses in the past on the recommendation of realtors. Not one has ever honored a claim. I have been put off, hung up on, referred to rules and policies etc. In short I have lost trust and faith in any company that sells warranties. However, you have restored my faith. I have already referred you to my daughter….several weeks ago who asked me if I trusted anyone. And, I will refer others to you in the future. Best home warranty experience and company !! I wanted to tell you all how professional your contractor TK heating & Air was ! Tim and Daren were so friendly and did a fantastic and thorough job and explained everything to us as the work progressed and explained to us how to register the warranty online as well , we will for sure keep your company as our #1 home warranty through the Years and couldn’t ask for a better all around experience!! Home Membership has been so great to me! I’m a first time home owner and I had my washing machine broke they took their time in helping me and allowing me to buy a new one. Their response is fast and customer service is brilliant. This week during the COVD-19 pandemic my microwave went out, they WTE so kind in waving any deductible fee and allowing me to get a new once since it was not fixable. They are so helpful, Phoebe and Erin did a great job in communicating with me. I totally recommend this company! I never felt alone ... read more

HomeMembership is awesome! Phoebe always responds to claims or claim questions in a timely manner and Erin is great to work with on any billing questions. I took advantage of the price lock offer and don’t regret it. Definitely recommend for first time home buyers!

We have used this company for our home warranty for almost three years now. Unfortunately we have had to use it many times, but each time it has been a breeze. Phoebe is always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. This warranty has been worth every penny and we will continue with their services.

home membership has been great for us every time we have used them. This time was a little more difficult because they got rid of the phone lines and everything is via email. But overall our issue was taken care of and we are happy. Would recommend to friends. Please bring back phone lines though. A lot easier and effective talking to someone personally.
