Keith Morgan was excellent to work with. He was able to answer ALL of my questions in a timely manner and if he did not know the answer, he found out the answer! The company was very easy to work with. I have a scanner at my home, so I was able to do EVERYTHING via internet. It was FANTASTIC! Often, when working with lenders such as Quicken, you begin the process with one person, then you are handed off to another for a portion of the transaction, then most often you finish with a third person. Sometimes info is lost, communications don't get to the next person etc., the process doesn't fill secure. With Jeff,(Homeplus Mortgage), he is with you through the entire process, even if there's questions after the close of the transaction. I just want to let you know that my experience working with Gilbert Ramos & Kim Kishi from HomePlus Mortgage for my home re-finance was excellent. Right from initiating the loan till closing they were in constant touch with me explaining each step of the complex re-finance process. Because of my wife travel plans we had some challenges with the process but both Gilbert & Kim worked very hard to get the loan completed in time. I highly recommend them to family & friends
