Excellent service and exceptional communication! I have done many refi's personally, and for work, and this was the first time that I didn't have to do frequent follow-ups. Not only were questions answered quickly and clearly but Gary also provided proactive ideas and suggestions. I would definitely use them again.
I can not thank John enough for the customer support that he offered. He was available at all hours of the day/night to make sure every need of ours was met. A friend started a refinance 2 weeks BEFORE I started mine with John and he has still yet to close.

Everything was done in email and for closing it was very convenient when the notary agent came to my house.
I felt very fortunate to have found HomePlus through Lending Tree, The Senior Loan Officer (Chris Ross) whom I worked with was both knowledgeable and professional. My refinance was atypical since the HOA my unit was part of what not an "approved HOA" under FHA and VA. That complicated the process 10-fold, and Chris and his contacts were able to guide me through what ended up being a 3-month, very tedious process to get everything done.
