I found myself in a situation where the housing market was going through a mini-boom. So I had to act quickly. Then, I had to offer a little bit more than I had budgeted, which meant I wouldn't have exactly a 20% down payment. No problem for Joe and Home Plus Mortgage. I enjoyed working with Jeff Ludlow. From the beginning Jeff was never pushy and allowed me space to decide if I wanted to give him my business and later what refi option I wanted to choose. Once I stated I was interested in moving forward, he never let things "fall by the wayside" as I had experienced in the past with other mortgage brokers. He was helpful without ever being condescending
