You can get the best rates and the best service at the same time! John Hamidi worked tirelessly and got things done ahead of schedule. He was always available for our questions whether it was at night or on weekends. Although this was the 8th house we've had a loan on and it was the first through the Internet, it was the smoothest experience we have had because of John's professionalism and customer communication skills
After being told I did not qualify elsewhere, my realtor recommended I contact Chris Ross. Because I'm self-employed my income is rather complex. Chris reviewed my tax returns and made recommendations for my 2012 filing. Chris minimized my tax exposure, and I still qualified for the refi. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and HomePlus! I recommend them to anyone looking for home financing
