Alexandra McWilliams helped us through 2 escrows and helped make our dream come true. She was very knowledgeable, patient in answering our questions, and very prompt at returning our phone calls. She hung in there during a difficult 1st escrow and rebounded with us immediately into our second escrow helping us to close early. We felt like old friends by the time we finalized our loan. Working with Jeff Ludlow on this mortgage was easily the most pleasant mortgage experience I have had. Jeff found me a great rate, got it locked and actually had all the paperwork to me to review three days prior to my close date. On a 30 day close, that is astounding. Jeff is knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and very pleasant to work with. He had my every need covered. I can highly recommend Jeff and will not hesitate to do so when the opportunity arises

Chris Ross helped me get a mortgage through Homeplus. I already had approval from another lender, but I decided to use Lending Tree to get competing offers. Homeplus not only offered me better rates, but they were more helpful in making sure I understood every part of the process. Joe was able to find the loan I wanted on reasonable terms during a period of market volatility. A lender I had been working with prior to contacting Joe actually stopped offering the type of loan I needed because of market conditions. Joe was very responsive, was easly reached.
