This weekend I played the "which of the three Honda dealerships will win my business" game. Manny is a very knowledgeable and professional salesman...pair that with Jorge in the "deals" department, I went on to see Hightower in the finance department. Fort Myers was able to beat the other two deals that I received. I would recommend these three professionals at Fort Myers Honda.***update***Later when I got my paperwork from my bank, I found out they added 5k ... and felt "effed over" no longer recommend them

I left a message with the sales manager about extra cost added to my new purchase. I have never heard back. They took $2000 off the sticker but added them back in with fees. They “gave me”window tint but made it sound like it was something thrown in. They added $899 to the cost of my new car before they wrote it up. I would not have gotten it. I asked if there was anything I could do to get my payment down and I was told no. They add $999 dealership fee, among a few others. I wish I had just walked away. I’ve had Honda’s for... read more

Honda of Ft. Myers added over $5,400 worth of services to our used car purchase and is one of the most unprofessional experiences we have ever been through. We finally got our refunds posted but it took over 2 months and had to track every day. They snuck in 4 different items and we bought the car on vacation so why would we drive 17 hours for door ding repair or an oil change? They made it very difficult for us to get this reversed and I assume where hoping we would just pay our monthly payments and never notice. They ... read more

I trade my car at honda of fort Myers, the one i got from them has engine problem i went back to dealership and I was told that the car is old and used they can't do anything about it, now a have fix it on my own. I did big mistake for trading my car a this dealership

Had my wife take our car for a 9:3am appointment they told her it would take about an hour and half, didn’t get our car back till 2pm, I was calling every hour to check up on updates during that time frame and no one seemed to know when my car would be finished, when I finally got my car back at 2 they told me it’s been ready since 10am, the communication here between employees just plain sucks.

Sales specialist Alberto and manager Jorge was great and I really appreciate all the help they provided to us. They worked with us on get my son's first car, Jorge helped us get car price to fit our budget and honored a car price from other dealer, when came to the financial specialist Paris Hancock everything changed. Customer service provided by Mr. Hancock was horrible he refusedto ask any questions we had, did not honored Jorge's agreed car price, paper work had filled with wrong information, tried to push us to an loan ... read more

Scheduled time 9:20 am, I arrived at 9:15 am, they took the car and told me to wait, only at 11:45 they brought me the estimate, it was more than 2 and a half hours waiting, then they asked for another 20 minutes to do the job, however it took more than 1 hour. In other words, they do not respect the customer!
