We had searched on line for new CRV and they had good inventory of what we wanted we've had bad buying experience with Scott clark and them hounding us monthly to trade in trade up so refused to deal there. Customer service here is very poor. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for three weeks but only get transferred to voicemail that no one will return.
I was at Metro Thursday drove thru the lot parked in front of building got out walked to the left & looked at new red honda in front then looked at cars near it went inside looked at the awful green car then the black honda in front of it.one salesman walked by talking to a young lady [ HE DID SPEAK TO ME }but kept walking i sort of wandered a little found a chair at door sat down and watched& listened to them as they walked past me on their phones. Would never do business there. We have tried for over 4 months to get our airbag recall work done. Have gotten a total run around. "We don't have the part in, will be a while, will let you know when we have it" and they never did. Service manager Jimmy Bass did not return my call, nor did the general manger Kris Childs. Very poor customer service. Finally I decided to try another dealership. Hendrick Honda had the part and made an appointment for next week to fix our car and will provide a loaner for the day. My family, including my Mother, my daughters and myself have always owned a Honda. Great car. For the first time I can honestly say. I will never buy another one nor will any of my family. Not because they are not good cars because they are. It is the service departments that actually rob you blind. I will be so glad when I never have to go back there. Poor very poor service.
What I thought would be a very exciting experience for me turned out the be awful. This was my first time buying a car and I have had nothing but problems since the day I bought my car. My saleperson was not personable and acted like he didn't care if we bought a car or not so we started dealing with the sales manager who was very nice. Have been trying to call for the last 20 minutes, their phone line rings once and a message says "all circuits are busy please try again later" I have messaged them on facebook and still have not received any kind of service. This is very poor customer service!
Metro Honda's service department leaves a lot to be desired. I took my CR-V in on 8/7/15 for a cam actuator gear assembly problem, a horrible grinding sound when I crank the car. They told me Honda knows of the problem, but there is no repair for it. I should just live with the horrible grinding sound, and it will probably get worse, but won't actually affect the vehicle. What seemed great at first turned out to be a nightmare! I think I gained 5 new gray hairs in the course of 2months just from the stress caused by dealing with this dealership! Not enough time to type what happened but I will say this, the word is out! You don't do dirt(wrong;shady;take advantage) to someone and not expect to reap the consequences! BBB will be contacted! BE WARNED potential customers! Do your research!
