Glenn Grosso and Brian Bacha were aware of criminal activity by their sales manager Charles Lee Lawrence jr. Charles purchased a car in mine and his name without my consent. When I received my loan documents there was information that was told to me in the dealership that was not the same in the finance documents from Honda financial.
Wow. No tag within 30 days. Called for new tag and was blown off and told to call back when it was convenient for THEM (new salesperson Lindsay who also delivered my car a day later than promised with no notice). TERRIBLE service again. Highly disappointed.

Terrible follow up! Nothing for days. email address sent twice now.
My experience is the same as any other dealership. The price quoted on truecar.com was not honored. I wound up paying $2,368 more than intended. I must admit I didn't look at the paperwork closely enough to find how they manipulated the numbers. I recommend that you stay away from this dealership.
