The 105K service or timing belt was due on my vehicle and had been quoted a few different prices, including one from the dealer. The estimate H-1 gave me, saved me a little over $500.00 from dealership price, H-1 was also doing MORE than what the dealers were going to do. They even dropped me off at Enterprise and paid for my Rental including the gas. Terrible customer service. I made an appointment in person on a Sunday, and when I went in for the appointment on Tuesday, they had lost my appointment. I made a new appointment, and when I went in to drop off my car, they didn't remember me. I had to get the four screws from my headlights removed because they were stripped. They only removed two of them, and charged my 60 dollars, for 30 minutes of labor. Furthermore, they didn't give me the old screws so I had to guess what size to get when replacing them. I have mixed feelings regarding Honest-1 Auto Care. Let me get the good down first. Their waiting area is top notch. Comfy leather chairs, super clean, free wifi, a small kids play area and free coffee and snacks. It does not get much better than this! If you had to go somewhere to get an oil change and wait for it to be done, this is the place. The next great thing about this company is the higher management. By far the worst scammers I have ever dealt with. They over priced every part and claimed that it was due to them being able to warranty it. When the part broke within the warranty time they claimed that it was due to another faulty part. I called them out on over pricing and showed them what the most expensive part was going for and how it was half of their quote. BEWARE never trust a company who deletes comments from Yelp when they are not positive reviews. Took my BMW there and spent $500 dollars worth of work and nothing was fixed other then the oil change. Oh and what kind of grimy company deletes peoples reviews. I had a much more detailed review that seems to have magically disappeared.

This was my first experience with Honest1 Auto Care. While they were able to provide me with good service, I will never go back. When I picked up my car I realized my GPS was gone and my doors were unlocked. They said my car was left inside the garage which leads me to believe that one of the employees took it. They never returned my call so I had to call back again and again on my vacation. Of course they said they are not liable but I am very disappointed in their conduct. Stellar service!!! I've only been by a couple times, but both left a HUGE impression on me! 1st visit: I stopped by to request for them to add a little air to one of my tires (I usually fill it up at the SuperAmerica across the street, but theirs wasn't in service that day). We went to honest-1 because we had a groupon for an oil change. While they were nice and pleasant, and did a fine job on the oil change, they told us that we had a leak in our water pump. The price was reasonable (around $350), but I thought I would take it in to a family friend mechanic. He checked out the car and said that was no leak!!! While i like what Honest-1 stands for (green auto care), they tried to scam me out of $350.

My car had been acting funny for over a week, and I finally brought it in to Honest-1 to get it checked out. I can say that I will definitely go back for future car needs. The Good News: Extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff that are great at explaining things to those of us that are not mechanically inclined.
