Do not give this place your business. They use a very aggressive and invasive marketing campaign. Me and all the people in my apartment continuously receive fliers from them which end up all over the ground littering my community. I have called them and requested that they stop mailing their fliers to me 5 times. Yet they continue to send their unwanted unsolicited trash.

Service was great... they took me to see the cars brake pads and rotors, explained to me what's needed, but the quote for replacing brakes and rotors was $300 more than their competitors...

DISHONEST I was charged $750 for a part that costs about $350 MSRP. Diagnosis was overpriced as well. This place is basically a cliche example of a mechanic that rips people off.

I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau a few months back regarding my terrible experience here (they lied about the condition of my brake calipers and tried to overcharge me by $1500 for the repair. My windshield was also damaged when I picked up my car from the shop, they lied about that too). Honest 1 responded that they had noted the windshield damage in their report, claiming that the windshield was damaged prior to my bringing the car in. This is a lie. Thank the Lord for Honest-1! The gentleman who answered the phone was kind, friendly, and was very inviting. Not only that, they had an opening and I get to have $10 off my oil change just for checking in to my Yelp app! He told me what to expect and said I'd need to drop my car off as they have a little wait. I dropped my car off, they said they'd be done in an hour or so or maybe earlier. This place is more expensive than dealerships. I called around to 5 different shops and this was the highest priced auto in the north subs. They wanted almost double the price of other shops. How are they in business?

Five stars for Honest-1? They deserve 100 stars! Mark and the rest of the technicians: 1. Are experts on all makes and models 2. Perform necessary repairs in a timely manner 3. Offer a loaner while your car is in the shop 4. Cheerful - these guys love their job! 5. HONEST Thanks, Honest-1! You guys never let me down!
